1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using IPTV Pro Stream Player ("the App", "Service", or "Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

3. Description of Service

IPTV Pro Stream Player is a media player and playlist organization platform that allows users to import and organize their own IPTV playlists (M3U and Xtream formats).

The Service allows you to:

• Import M3U and Xtream playlists from your own IPTV providers
• Organize and manage your playlists locally
• Stream live TV, VOD content, and series from your playlists
• Customize your viewing experience with various playback features

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you access through the Application is legal and authorized. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Service.

You must not use the Application to access, stream, or download any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.

4.2 Content Sources and Playlists

You are solely responsible for any content sources and playlists you import into the Application. You warrant that you have the legal right to access and use any playlists, URLs, or content sources you add to the Application.

You must not share, distribute, or make available any copyrighted content without proper authorization from the copyright holder.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

5. Premium Features and Payments

5.1 Freemium Model

The Application operates on a freemium model. Basic features are available free of charge, while certain advanced features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

5.2 In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

5.3 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

IPTV Pro Stream Player and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your playlists and content sources. By using the Application, you grant us a limited license to process and display your playlists solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of any content you access through the Application.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process certain data to provide and improve the Service. This includes basic analytics data such as app usage statistics, device information, and diagnostic data.

We do not monitor, track, or store the content you stream through the Application.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Content Disclaimer

We make no representations or warranties about the legality, accuracy, availability, reliability, or quality of any content accessed through the Application. You access all content at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any third-party content, playlists, URLs, or services that you access through the Application. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any content provided by third parties.

8.2 Service Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will function without interruptions or errors
• All bugs or defects will be corrected
• The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
• Third-party content sources will remain available or functional

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your app store account to avoid future charges.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected illegal activity or copyright infringement
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)

Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

13. Updates and Modifications

13.1 Application Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Application from time to time. You are responsible for keeping the Application updated to the latest version.

We may discontinue support for older versions of the Application at our discretion.
